How does billing work?
CadenHQ uses a credit-based model. Start free with 25 credits, or buy more when you need them (5,000, 20,000, 60,000, or 150,000). Credits are used to send emails and generate AI content. Credits never expire — you only pay for what you use.
Which mailboxes are supported?
Google Workspace and Gmail are supported via OAuth. Microsoft 365 / Outlook support is planned. We only request permissions needed for sending and reply detection.
Can I use the API?
Yes. The Prospects API lets you submit prospects from your app, forms, or CRM. We upsert by email and support conversion campaigns. See API Docs for authentication and endpoints.
